	"International Decade for the Promotion of a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence, to the benefit of the Children of the World".
	Resolution 53/25 of UN General Assembly Pursuant to that decision and for the fifth subsequent year the World Poetry-Childhood Day launches the theme of : This action takes place in many countries of the world.
